This was one of the more simple moments but it always get a giant laugh out of everyone who watches it. Seeing Jim back away just adds to the physical comedy of it all.
Michael trying to survive in the wilderness has to be one of my favorite moments. He couldn't even make it a full day but thankfully Dwight was around to make sure Michael didn't get himself killed.
Michael trying to explain to the office he can no longer be friends with them, but Jim gets him to say his catchphrase, "that's what she said," within 30 seconds of him trying to finish his speech. Just a reminder of how little willpower Michael had.
Who else gets the song stuck in their head? I watch this episode over and over again and it still cracks me up when Michael tries to give the kids batteries to make up for not being able to pay for their college.
You have to appreciate the pure comedy of this scene because it wasn't even scripted. Despite Michael's bone headed moves, his heart is always in the right place.
Was anyone else surprised it took this long for Michael to run over someone? You had to appreciate him putting together the walk/run to end rabies and carbo loading for said walk/run.
Michael coming up with the "genius" idea of having everyone try to guess what their ethnicity was came from a good place but the execution just wasn't there; though it made for some hilarious moments like Pam trying to explain Dwight's card.
You can't have a list of funniest moments without mentioning the dinner party. Jan being inappropriate? Check. Michael showing off his TV? Check. Dwight showing up with an interesting date? Check.
Sometimes I'll start a sentence, and I don't even know where it's going. I just hope I find it along the way. Like an improv conversation. An improversation.
