It looks like Jack has taken a tumble and has fallen into some muck. That can't be good for his legs. Hopefully he'll get out of it soon before he rusts.
It looks like Langwidere is sending Jack off on a journey somewhere. Where is she sending him and why? And do you notice the small tin can of oil she's giving him to keep his joints oiled?
The Wizard is making a speech to the people probably to tell them that The Beast Forever is on it's way and that he'll do anything and everything in his power to kill it. If only he had an arsenal of weapons to help him out!
The only ally that Frank has at the moment is West. But will West turn against Frank once she finds out that he's not the great and powerful Wizard he claims to be?
