- Craig's dealer shows up at his house with girls and blow and tries to talk him into a good time with them. Craig kicks him out and keeps the girls with him instead of breaking his sobriety.
- Deran's new friend wonders how he can afford a nice condo when he only owns a dive bar and is about to have sex with him when Trey shows up with one of his finest boards he restored to give to Deran in thanks for what he did.
- A guy from a rental investment group shows up to look at Pope's lot, and he gets angry because he didn't realize that J put it up for sale.
- Smurf telsl Andrew to put away his skateboard, which she finds stupid, to prepare to meet lawyers to keep him out of Juvie. She tells Julia that she must stay back to watch Deran and Craig and that Baz is off doing someething for her. Julia calls Smurf out on only wanting them to do one thing with their life.
- Julia is upset that Pope didn't have her back, and Andrew breaks his skateboard and punches the garage safe until his hands bleed.
- Pope nearly roughs J up over the listing and J tells him that he just wanted to see how much money it would go for it if happened. He says he wants to call a meeting with everyone to make sure everything stays out in the open..
- Craig wants to swap houses with Deran because things are too tempting where he is, and Deran declines. Craig can't undrstand why Deran won't be supportive.
- Initially the lawyer suggests that Pope get evaluatedby a shrink, but Smurf tells her about a mutual frend they have and wants the costly other package.
- The meeeting doesn't go over well when everyone else is preoccupied. J is trying to set things up for them to have clean money to use for things, but only he and Deran seem to be focused on things.
- J goes to meet up with a new lawyer to have on retainer to help with things and just in case they need it.
- A mysterius guy comes in interested in Craig's bike and also saying that he's clean and has been focusing his attention on something else to stay sober.
- J meets a paralegal sort at the lawyer's office who he seems to respect off the bat despite her not being the lawyer.
- A carpenter tries to steal the equipment from Pope's lot and after nearly beating him, Pope propoes the man help him out.
- Deran and J go to steal an invoice from someone so that they can cover the cost of payment on something for Pope, and Deran recognizes the owner of the place (as the guy who he's been sleeping with?)
- Craig goes for a ride with the motorcyclist and rides the man's cutom made 100 grand bike. The guy tells him how he only does bikes and women now to get his high but brings up how a him and a friend of his robbed a conveninece store for the thrill once
- Pope negotiate with the carpenter to pay him to keep working for him.
- Deran goes back to the owner of the lumber place and it's the guy who Smurf would pay off so that Deran would lose Surf comps. Deran tasers him and tells him to be afraid of him now.
- Julia does acid while they prepare for a party
- Craig calls his new buddy out on possibly being a cop and to prove he isn't, they stick up a diner.
- Deran gives J the itemized writeoff and J tells Deran that he's worried about Pope. It's for lumber.
- Deran tells J about Craig wanting to switch houses and that he liked him better when he was high.
- Julia tells Pope that Smurf doesn't want them to be happy and there's nothing wrong with him. He sets his skateboard on fire and it ends up ending the party.
- Pope is building a skate park in the lot. The ramp is complete and he goes skateboarding and has fun.
