When a bag is left, menacingly on Times Square, a bomb squad prepares to investigate, but when the bag moves and reveals a Jane Doe, the story takes an unexpected twist. 

The FBI are quick on the case, but when one of the tattoos is the name of one of their agents - Kurt Well, things get even more twisted. 

No one can link the two characters together. Jane Doe is a blank slate and has no clue what is going on.
