Danny and Baez try to straighten out gang problems at a high school on Blue Bloods Season 8 Episode 14.

When they are called to investigate a shooting, they find a frustrated school principal, a bunch of kids who hate cops and don't want to talk, and a teacher who is hoping to save those she can and that prison will save the rest of them.

Things escalate after the cops talk to a class of tough students and encourage them to come forward, and the teacher ends up in the hospital after being beaten by a student. To mae matters worse, Danny talks the principal out of retiring, only for him to take the classroom full of kids hostage.

Meanwhile, Erin must prosecute a colleague when she finds out he is involved with an illegal gambling scheme and almost gets into hot water herself when he doesn't show up to testify.

And Frank gets into a battle of wills with the governor when a cop inadvertently shoots one of the governor's aides and the governor wants her fired despite an internal investigation finding her innocent of any wrongdoing.
