-Nucky heads to Philadelphia to deal with the fallout of Willie's prank. Eddie meanwhile is questioned by Agent Knox. Gillian tries to better her custody case odds by propositioning the judge. When she runs low on heroin she turns to Dunn Purnsley. Later she tries to take Tommy home from school but is stopped by Julia. Van Alden is put in charge of persuading factory workers to vote the right way on election day. Things go south though when Al incites a riot and Frank is killed. Back in Philadelphia, Nucky councils Willie and gets him free of any charges. Later while studying, his room mate Clayton is arrested for poisoning Henry. Eddie eventually cracks and gives Agent Knox enough to be set free for the moment. He returns home and is questioned by Nucky. As the episode comes to a close, Eddie takes his own life.
