Philo doesn't want Vignette to die, something Kaine and he can agree on.

Jonah gets brought evidence of Sophie's treachery.

Sophie puts the finishing touches on her plans.

Millworthy deals the guns to the Major.

Tourmaline, in a panic, wants to use her dark magic to try and see if Vignette will be safe, but Darius confronts her.

He tries to stop Tourmaline, but she is hell-bent on helping Vignette.

Tourmaline sees a vision, and it seems to be Vignette's death. She cries in Darius's arms.

Philo gets Vignette a note for her to be ready by tomorrow.

Jonah wants to disprove Sophie's treachery, but he manages to convince himself that she's the enemy in this situation.

The health administrators take Sophie because she was exposed to the pix disease, which they claim has now spread to a puck.

The doctors reveal themselves not to be doctors, and she learns she is under arrest.

Philo and Kaine try to figure a plan when Tourmaline shows up to warn them about the vision and Vignette's death.

Philo wants to break Vignette out of Bleakness.

Sophie is being taken to Bleakness.

Sophie and Vignette confront each other inside the prison, and Vignette confronts her about her false promises.

Vignette learns quickly that there's more to Sophie than meets the eye.

Jonah has Millworthy arrested and sent to Bleakness.

Jonah visits Sophie in prison and wants her to sign her confession solidifying her treachery.

Sophie, Millworthy, and Vignette all get taken to get executed.

Philo and Kaine work on breaking into the prison.

Sophie gets chained up to the execution machine and prepares to die.

Jonah gives the word, and her head gets cut off.

Vignette is next and resists as much as possible as she gets loaded into the machine.

The executioner gets killed by the unknown murderer that's been plaguing everyone, leaving Vignette tied to the execution machine.

The creature is terrifying, and Jonah gets an up-close and personal view as it kills him. Jonah's lifeless body falls next to Sophie's head.

Philo breaks into the prison and sees Millworthy, traumatized, with Vignette gone, while the creature continues to wreak havoc.

Philo and Kaine get arrested.
