As a hurricane blows across Miami, Dexter, Hannah, and Harrison's flight is grounded. Dexter learns that Saxon shot Debra. 

After Miami Metro catches Saxon, Dexter and Quinn get news about Debra's prognosis that causes Dexter to take risks. Hannah leaves Miami with Harrison while Dexter tries to take care of Saxon.
