The President takes a surprise trip to London. Remy and Scola interrogate captured terrorist Viktor Karcuk. Remy lets Scola get rough with Karcuk up to a point. Karcuk has an ex-wife and son living in The Bronx. Thanks to a dark web message board, the two teams confirm that New York City is the target. When Scola calls, Forrester sugarcoats the conditions of Nina and the baby for him. A nail-salon worker runs when Remy's team gets there but a car runs her down. She thought they were from Immigration. Hana tracks where the real call came from, about three blocks away. It's from Nico, who runs after being warned by a barking dog. Scola shoots him in the leg then chases him down. Nico gives up a warehouse in Queens. Remy finds Green in Nico's garage. Isobel blows off Remy's concerns about Scola. Cannon notices the warehouse is wired to explode. Scola runs back in to save evidence but has to be rescued by Remy and Cannon. Remy dresses down Scola. Based off a uniform receipt, Remy decides that JFK Airport, where Green's brother works, is Lenkov's target. The terrorists threatened her to get her brother to issue security passes. Remy convinces the airport administrator to hold off on evacuating. Cannon snags one of the Belarusians. Terrorist Anton, who shot Nina, disables the emergency fuel shutoff system. Remy shoots Anton and Scola stops him from using the detonator. Remy keeps Scola from killing Anton. OA tackles Lenkov. But Lenkov won't shut off the bomb. A security guard interferes with Remy and Scola. Remy shoots him. Remy yanks all the wires to disarm the bomb. The guard Remy shot dies. Scola rushes to Rome and thanks Forrester for lying to him. Nina and the baby are OK. Remy and Isobel commiserate.
