Freddy still sleeps on the sofa in his and Eve’s apartment. He is awakened by the crying baby and the baby swing playing Baby Shark. When the song plays for a second time, he contemplates hitting the device with a baseball bat.

When Frasier learns that Freddy worries Eve doesn’t want him to move out, but she can’t wait for him to move out, he makes them both see the light. David helps Freddy move his stuff into Frasier’s. Frasier why he’d ask David to help move heavy things across the hall instead of his fellow firefighters, who would be more capable.

Frasier wants to feel comfortable in their new home, but most of Freddy’s things don’t match Frasier’s aesthetic, and he asks them to keep them in his room. But he asks for Freddy’s help picking out a dining room table. But when Frasier takes Freddy’s prized Fenway Park World Series dirt and moves it behind a bunch of books, Freddy retaliates by buying an air hockey table for the dining room. He even uses the pucks as both coasters and serving devices.

At work, Frasier shares an office with Alan and asks for his advice about Freddy. He comes to realize that he and Freddy have a similar relationship to Frasier and Martin and that Freddy only wants to be accepted by his father.

At home, Frasier and Freddy decide to compromise on the decor, and Frasier displays the Fenway dirt on his Steinway piano. Unfortunately, David comes over and pours the dirt into a nearby plant.

Also, Frasier misunderstands Eve. He thinks she’s attracted to him but later learns she just wants to be near him because his voice soothes the baby to sleep.
