Also, Alex confronts Meredith about her jeopardizing the Alzheimer’s study while Avery works with Chief Webber on his research study. April steps up her game as well and deservingly receives a recommendation from Dr. Stark.

Cristina confronts Teddy and apologizes twice; however, Teddy feels that Cristina has still not learned her lesson. Dr. Perkins presents Teddy with a very tempting proposition to move to Germany with him.
