Mitsuki and analysts continue their testing of the alien presense. The alien has been emitting regular signals, which concerns Mitsuki. Castillo urges Mitsuki to be cautious in her interactions with the alien. One sequence triggers the alien's cloaking signal. Luke is attracted to Clark's daughter Ryder. Aneesha insists Clark drop her family at the next refugee camp. Trevante gets off on the wrong foot with Rose, the police department's receptionist. The alien SOS signal to the mother ship is hacked. Mitsuki proposes hacking into the mother ship. She wants to decloak the alien transport ships and shoot them down. Benya, WDC president, is skeptical of Nikhil's proposal but agrees to it. The sheriff pooh-poohs Rose's initiative. Trevante convinces Rose to work with him. Clark takes a detour to check out a distress call, much to Aneesha's annoyance. One of Casper's drawings includes the dates that townspeople went missing. Clark's team armed with flame throwers attempts to save a family of three from a half-dozen aliens. Benya makes a worldwide address about the planned counterattack.
