Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 3 Episode 4 revolves around the search for the truth about Henry Cole's death.

After his arrest, Kenny purposely starts a fight so that he can be in isolation. Stabler comes to see him, but Kenny won't talk. He claims he engineered Henry's death all on his own.

Reyes has an idea: send him in undercover. Bell thinks it's too dangerous, but Stabler and Reyes convince her.

On the inside, Reyes tries to establish a relationship with Kenny. Eventually, he protects Kenny on the yard and gets stabbed. Bell wants to take Reyes off the case but he refuses. Stabler tells Reyes that Bell is still haunted by Gina's death and that they have to do this Stabler's way now. He instructs Reyes on what to do.

Kenny asks Reyes for advice. Reyes encourages him to snitch since the guys after him want to kill him either way. Kenny asks for a meeting with Stabler and gives him the name of the man behind Henry's death.

Meanwhile, after an accident on the construction site, Pearl wants to fire Vincent Bishop, but Teddy isn't sure that's a good idea.
