The McCord family is back on their horse farm. Henry and Elizabeth contemplate whether to keep or sell the farm. Nadine and Blake interrupt their vacation because the President needs to see Elizabeth. Former Treasury Secretary, Max Quinn, accuses President Dalton of being anti-business. Chief of Staff Jackon and Elizabeth encourage President Dalton to go to Brussels to personally sign the treaty as a victory dance. Steve receives a text from a friend she hasn't heard from in ages. It's from Harrison, the President's son. He just got out of rehab for his Oxy addiction. He promises to be a better friend and stay in touch. Quinn gets a court order to seize Greek antiquities on loan to the Smithsonian to use as collateral against the Greek debt. This outrages Greece who refuse to sign the deal. President Dalton and Elizabeth arrive in Brussels to a chilly reception.
