A monitoring device is fitted around CIA Director Munsey's ankle. He has no access to any communication device but will appear as though everything is normal, even though he will be under constant supervision. President Dalton, Chief of Staff Jackson and Elizabeth meet. They decide the next course of action is to identify who the replacement leader is. Elizabeth brings her team up-to-speed on everything, from Marsh's plane crash being intentional to the planned Iranian coup. They help identify the alleged replacement leader, Jafer Allinejad.
