Zeke is watching over Cal and calls him out for trying to run off in the dead of night.
Zeke pushes back on Cal and they go to Saanvi's ex-girlfriend for help. She says the signs are that Cal has cancer again.
When Cal returns home, Ben tells him that there's a killer on the loose and he's to stay inside for the foreseeable future.
Cal is upset.
He meets with Violet and he tells her the truth about who he is. She says that she helped Angelina and Eden but she didn't know who they were.
They have a great night and a kiss, before parting ways.
Cal texts asking for a second date but she stops responding.
Zeke returns for the meds but doesn't trust himself and tells her to contact someone else. He goes to a meeting.
Michaela and Jared are on the hunt for the killer and follow a lead that runs cold when the killer strikes again.
They realize that it's Noelle doing the killings and she's killing people who have helped her daughter.
Jared tells the Stones that Gabriel is a suspect and that Cal has to run... now.
Ben and Saanvi find the patients in a hospital that went missing and Saanvi realizes the patients made them that way.
