When you watch NCIS Season 15 Episode 15 online, the team is called to the scene of the car bombing that injured Agent Sloane and killed her friend, lawyer Jessica Schaefer, who had only moments before told Sloane that she had quit representing Gabriel Hicks and encouraged Sloane to keep digging into Hicks. The protagonists are now, more than ever, determined to bring down Hicks for good this time. Tobias Fornell continues to work with them in order to correct the mistake that ended his career with the FBI. Hicks, naturally, denies any involvement in the murder of his lawyer, though Gibbs and company don't believe him for a second. Unfortunately, they're a little light on evidence against Hicks. So they follow Schaefer's trail and discover that she had gone to see an old cellmate of Hicks, a convicted murderer named Paul Triff -- who, coincidentally, used to live (and committed some rather heinous crimes) in McGee's apartment. Triff agrees to help the team stop Hicks in exchange for some time out of jail... in the aforementioned former apartment of his. Needless to say, McGee is not exactly happy with this arrangement, but the deal seems the most likely way for them to find any evidence to help take down Gabriel Hicks before he kills again.

NCIS Season 15 Episode 15 Quotes

Bishop: The inmate Jessica Schaeffer met with was Paul Triff.
Torres: What?! Hold on! As in the guy who carved up three bodies with an electric knife in McGee’s apartment and buried a mummified body under the floor? *That* Paul Triff?

Fornell: How the hell does he know I’m in here?
Sloane: He can probably hear you grinding your teeth.
