A young man tries to get a pair of shoes down from the power lines. As he wears them, he notices that the laces have blood on them.

Paul serves Holcomb with a subpoena to testify in court.

Mason sets a trap on his door. He leaves through the fire escape.

Anita asks Della to move in with her.

The prosecution concludes their case without calling all the witnesses they could add. This spooks Perry and Della.

Paul enlists Moris to help watch a certain place and write everything that happens.

Holcomb visits Perry and offers to give some information in exchange for not being subpoenaed to testify.

Pete tries to break into Perry's apartment but fails.

Della visits Camilla.

Perry and Aimes go out to dinner at a Japanese restaurant.

In court, Perry and Della question the councilman and establish a connection between Brooks and the councilman's sister.

Della takes over the questioning and gets the councilman to admit that Brooks abused women he had sex with, including the councilman's sister.

Della agrees to move in with Anita.

Rafael starts to come undone in prison and insults the guards who beat him up.

Thomas pressures Pete to find some information on Perry's defense.

Holcomb takes Perry someplace where they find something weird about Lydell's business. They don't know what it is, though.

Paul insults Morris because he didn't do the job as Paul expected.

The next day in court, Thomas reveals that Perry is hiding the murder weapon in his office, and the judge demands to visit the place and see it for himself. They find the gun.

Perry racks his brain to find out who leaked the gun information. He settles on Miss Aimes.

Paul does the job he hired Morris for and sees an interesting person.
