Dre's safe house is ambushed by the Jimenez cartel, and Dre and his daughter make it out alive. Dre also kills Jerry before fleeing. 

He is caught attempting to leave town and Saxe informs him that he still has to testify. 

The DNC pledges support to Tate, eliminates half of his staff, and the woman in charge begins asking about James. Later, James asks Tate about the Queens Child Project and Tate informs him that there's no money to start construction. 

Tommy brings Keisha to the warehouse with his crew and tells her how the business works. 

Jason brings both Tommy and Ghost in separately to tell them he needs Alicia broken out of prison and brought to him alive. 

Tariq comes back to the city to get more product and tries to give Tasha money when she tells him she's struggling. 

Tasha talks to her mom about starting their own daycare. 

Tommy goes to Proctor and asks him to give him the information on Alicia's trial, and tells him he's breaking Alicia out of jail. 

Tommy develops a plan to break Alicia out that involves Keisha. 

Ramona enlists Ghost's help with Tate's campaign. Later, Tate and Ramona meet with Tasha and ask her for her help with the campaign. 

Before the trial begins, Alicia gets sick due to tainted water and then Tommy's men take her under the guise of being paramedics. Ghost catches them in the parking garage. 

Tommy brings Alicia to Jason and demands information and then kills her. 

Ghost calls Simon Stern and asks for a loan on the Queens Child Project. 

Keisha agrees to clean Tommy's money through the hair salon. 

Saxe tells Dre he needs his help bringing Ghost down. 

Ghost calls Tommy and tells him they should take down Jason together.
