Jordi has his surgery but when Dr. McAndrew realizes that the cancer has spread, he doesn't remove the leg. Jordi wakes up thinking having his leg is good news until he finds out the truth.

Leo is thrown when his friend gets to keep his leg. He doesn't know it's because the cancer has spread. Leo and Dash head out to a nearby frat party where Leo gets drunk and almost has sex before ending up stranded on the floor. Dash enlists Nurse Brittany to help get Leo back to the hospital.

Kara's two moms (Sarah, her mother and Daniella, her mother's wife and Kara's ex-nanny) come to visit and try to bully and influence their way onto the transplant list, to no avail.

Emma adds weights to her shirt to make it look as though she's gained weight. Brittany buys it, Nurse Jackson does not. 

Charlie remains in his coma.
