Rizzoli & Isles Season 6 Episode 6 revolves around a unique challenge: a witness who suffers from prosopagnosia, a condition that makes it impossible for him to recognize faces. Jane and Vince must figure out if this man is a witness or a suspect and then how to help him to help them. Their investigation leads them in several unusual directions before zeroing in on the real killer. When their witness is temporarily brought to a safe house, he begins to cooperate, but will Jane and Vince crack the case?

While Jane, Vince and Frankie deal with this, Angela has another crisis. Scheming cousin Carlo is in town. Carlo has a reputation for suing people after slipping and falling and Angela and Jane don't want him in their house, but Maura is convinced he's changed, especially after he charms her with his interest in music. Angela drives herself crazy trying to protect against slips and falls before Carlo's visit, but will she be successful? And is it even necessary? Meanwhile, Frankie has a brief encounter with a pretty new detective that he wishes would lead somewhere.
