Huck and Quinn are closing in on Elizabeth North and Rowan Pope is closing in on former B613 agents on Scandal Season 4 Episode 9.

Elizabeth leaks the photos of Cyrus and Michael to the tabloids in retaliation when she discovers Olivia lied to her about the bug in her phone. Olivia comes up with a plan to fix the problem, but you'll have to watch Scandal online to see how it plays out.

Meanwhile, Quinn discovers the connection between Elizabeth, Andrew, and Kubiak. Liz and Andrew want to start a war in West Angola, but they need leverage against the President. Olivia is that leverage.

Jake tries to track Rowan Pope down but is unsuccessful. Rowan visits Olivia and she attempts to shoot her father but the gun isn't loaded. Rowan is, however, shocked that his daughter would go to such lengths to get him out of her life. Later, she sees Fitz, Abby, and Cyrus sharing drinks in the White House and she decides to call Jake.

While they are dancing, she tells him she's not choosing him or Fitz. She's choosing herself. He leaves the room and when he returns, she has disappeared.
