Danny reveals that he is not only a detective but that he's been working with Cornell. 

It's revealed that Danny's partner sexually abused Rachel and he didn't see any of the signs. It fuels his guilt as he tries to find out what happened to her.

Neal admits that he hired and had sex with Carly, the call girl who was with Rachel, but he doesn't know anything about what happened to Rachel.Patr

Cornell confronts Amanda about not turning over the juvenile records. She also wants the clothes that Amanda was wearing on the night of the murder.

Patrick and Eric go on a roadtrip to see who Kate sent money to. They find out that Kate paid off the mortgage for Kate's mother whom they thought was dead.

Kate's mother tells them that when kate was sixteen she slept with her mother's boyfriend. that's who she got pregnant. Kate visited her mother's boyfriend and told him about their son and how she wanted to meet him. She said his adoptive father was okay with it but not his adoptive mother.

Cornell's superior gets on her about working with Danny, who has an arrest warrant and is technically a futitive. Also he gets on her about not working with a partner. 

Neal quits.

Jack Warner is out of town and no one knows where he is or what's he doing.
