A meteor shower hits Smallville and leaves behind a small child that is adopted by Martha and Jonathan Kent. Clark grows up, struggling to understand his identity, and saves the life of Lex Luthor and the two become friends. When a teenage boy who awakes from his coma after the meteor shower seeks revenge against those that hurt him, Clark must save the day.
