Due to his stunt after the BMT awards, Sage lands in jail after he breaks his parole terms. He meets a guy who offers some services to him.

Rigo and Marquise talk about his new contract. Marquise expresses interest in getting a cut.

Cruz -- Sage's lawyer, comes to see him in prison and expresses disappointment about Sage's behavior. He also demands getting paid upfront.

Rigo chats with a radio host live about his performance. He is confronted by some harsh realities from audience members and even is threatened. Marquise jumps in.

Collette visits Sage in prison and tells him about Cruz's demands.

Marquise is enthralled by High Water after he visits there with Rigo. Poppy expresses concern about the Marquise of it all.

Tal is upset when he sees Marquise at High Water during a practice session. It reminds him of when Marquise and his crew attacked him.

Sage starts getting shaken down in prison for money.

Uncle Al is not thrilled by Tal spending his time on the couch.

During a practice session, Marquise usurps Poppy's role.

In prison, Sage and his buddy are cornered before his buddy goes off and knocks their bully out.

Tal opens up to Poppy about Marquise and declines dancing at his show to keep Tal company.

Before his performance, Rigo is confronted by Marquise, who wants to join in the performance. Rigo turns him down. He aces the performance.

In prison, Sage learns his new buddy was a former High Water prospective. Sage asks him to audition in the prison yard. His buddy is dragged off by prison wardens before as they are talking.

Outside the club, two guys pull up on Rigo with a gun. Marquise is engaged elsewhere with Angel. Rigo goes off on him after he is nearly shot.

In the aftermath, Rigo and Collette start having a deep conversation about where they stand with each other.

Poppy learns of the shooting while at home and rushes to the club to find Rigo and Collette singing the song he claims he wrote for her.
