When Bernadette is selected as one of the sexiest scientists by a magazine and asked to do a photo shoot, Amy freaks out. It begins a debate about whether or not Bernadette should use her sexuality for publicity and to further her career. Amy's adamant that it's wrong. When the magazine cancels the feature, Amy and Bernadette get into a fight.

Meanwhile, Penny's dealing with the ramifications of flirting with her client doctors. One of them shows up at her apartment to ask her out on a date. It's gets awkward when Leonard confronts him and then Sheldon invites him in for a hot beverage.

The guys like the doctor and want to hang out with him. It seems harmless enough until the doctor gleams from Sheldon that Leonard and Penny's relationship may not be solid. The doctor goes in for a second try, but it's interrupted when he falls for Amy.
