Charlie tells Emma everything he knows about Daphne and his family’s involvement.

Later, Daphne and Charlie meet, and she tasks him with stealing a painting from Grigori Abramov, someone she’s looking to get into business with.

Charlie tells his family the truth about Emma being a CIA agent, while Emma tells her father that he was right about Charlie.

Charlie asks Birdie if they can use her ex, Simon, to get them closer to the art scene, as he is an art dealer. Birdie is initially resistant, as he broke her heart, but reluctantly agrees.

Birdie and Simon meet up after ten years. He tells her he’s a recovering addict and that he’s changed. He also has a relationship with Grigori and gets them invited to a party at his penthouse.

Emma gets pictures from an anonymous sender and a time and place to meet the sender. Later, she confronts her father and shows him the photos of him and Claire Fox being intimate. He explains that the two had an affair, and she blackmailed him.

Birdie and Simon reconnect at the party while Charlie listens in. With little security, Charlie decides to break into the penthouse but gets stuck on the balcony when Grigori comes out there. While stuck out there, he overhears Grigori setting up a meeting to sell the painting.

Birdie and Simon find the painting they’re looking to steal, but Simon informs her that the one in the penthouse is a fake. Soon after, Charlie makes contact with Birdie, and she and Simon get Grigori off the balcony so Charlie can escape.

Emma meets Daphne at a bar, where Daphne asks her to back off or she’ll expose her family.

Upon learning that the actual piece of art they want is in a facility in Delaware, the Nicolettis work to figure out how to get inside. Charlie reveals that he lifted Simon’s keycard to the facility when he saw him at the penthouse, but Birdie takes it back to Simon when he calls to meet and tells her that the facility is being shut down ahead of Grigori’s meeting so they can’t use the keycard to gain access.

Simon offers to help Birdie, and he sneaks Birdie and Charlie into the facility by putting them inside a large container he stores in his locker. Leo then comes with a package that he delivers to the facility, which eventually detonates and causes the security system to be knocked out before it catches fire, activating the fire alarm.

With the building cleared, Charlie switches the actual painting they need with a fake, and he opens the painting Grigori will be getting in return and only finds an address and storage information. Once Birdie clears any evidence of the package, she and Charlie escape dressed as firemen.

Unbeknownst to Charlie, Emma’s assistant has eyes on Girgori and takes a picture of his shaking hands with the man he was doing business with, with Charlie in the background.

Simon brings the real painting to Birdie and Simon. Birdie asks Simon why he left before, and he tells her to ask her dad.

Ollie breaks into the basement and briefly meets Simon before Ollie rushes her upstairs. She admits to Ollie that she’s unsure whether she wants her to meet her father.

Charlie goes to the address and storage unit he discovered at the facility and finds a bunch of guns.

Emma asks Charlie to work for her as an asset and help her to bring down Daphne. Charlie agrees and goes to Daphne, where he pledges to help her take over the Maguire throne so they can be squared up.
