Lemond Bishop is arrested on drug charges and information leaked from Florrick/Agos may be the cause. 

Bishop's spokesman and attorney Charles Lester shows up at Alicia's apartment with information about his arrest.

Eli tells Marilyn Peter never saw the tape before she showed to him and it's causing a lot of problems. When she hangs up, the Department of Justice pulls over and wants to chat.

Both Florrick/Agos and LG are both on hand representing Bishop in court.

Cary realizes LG is hoping to win back Bishop's business.

Bishop tells Alicia that the witness couldn't have been seen moving product on February 25th because he was moving it on February 26th and she wasn't around. The information had to come from someone with inside information -- someone working at Florrick/Agos.

Charles Lester questions Clarke Hayden and Robyn in association with the leaked information.

Alicia misses her lunch time with Judge Kluger and he can't stay to finish.

Kalinda and Cary are out for drinks and he's not talkative. She asks if he's punishing her.

Marilyn's worried about the voter fraud issue and decides to turn in the video of the stuffed ballot box to the government.

Bishop is pulled over on a "routine traffic stop" with the DEA in tow. He has planted Bisquik in his trunk to prove Alicia's office has a leak.

The phones are being tapped by the NSA, but the information is leaking to the DEA somehow. The US Attorney has no idea how the DEA is getting its information, but they're getting it through the NSA. The NSA cuts off the DEA and the US Attorney resigns his position.

Cary shares the intel that they're being tapped with LG and Diane asks Kalinda to look into it.

Mr. Dubeck from the office of public integrity shows Alicia the video and she's not impressed. He tells her what makes this time different than all the other times she was investigated is that this time she was her husband's lawyer on the night in question.

Cary and Kalinda are sleeping together. Cary tells Kalinda he thinks they should look into things, but Kalinda says he's lying and tells Diane so.

Mr. Asher is leaving his office and Robyn and Lester try to get information from him. He lets slip that the wire tap isn't about Bishop or the DEA. 

The NSA is talking to Mr. Dubeck about the warrant and the possibility they leaked it. He says no, and the NSA plays back the phone call from Eli to Alicia -- The feds have nothing unless they have him.

Mr. Dubeck visits Will and offers to make a deal with him to talk now or talk in court. Will refuses to talk about the case under attorney/client privilege.
