1976 in Africa with Wade and Trevor who is wondering if it was the soldiers who set fire to the village. Wade assures Trevor the villagers did it to themselves.

They arrive at the village they were at before but most everyone is gone or hiding.

A couple of people from International Aid are there to bring supplies but no one can get into the house where the sisters are.

There are soldiers guarding but Wade and Trevor are able to get through with a clever lie.

Wade and Trevor approach the sister's house. One sister is sitting outside smoking but she's not saying anything. Wade and Trevor are going inside but hte sister tells them not to. Then they see the bodies.

The two enter the house and find bloody footprints everywhere. They find a very sick Sister Monica who die before their eyes blood pouring out of her mouth.

Back to 1989. Jaax and Wade visit Gen. Dwyer to tell him they found another infected monkey in another cell and that the virus is spreading.

Ben tells Jahrling he told his wife everything. Ben wants to test his wife and kids but Jahrling says no. He still doesn't think there's a chance they have it.

Ben's wife is sanitizing the bathtub.

Wade and Jaax talk about the lack of protocols and her problems at home. He tells her about his first experience with Ebola.

The infected worker is cleaning the facility. Frank asks Walter what's going on and is having a problem believing what Walter is saying when Bruce collapses and start vomiting.

He's put into an office but Walter is still being flippant about it. Frank is not happy about what's happening.

Walter doesn't want to let anyone know what's happening. He thinks maybe Bruce has food poisoning. Frank goes to a pharmacy to get a thermometer so they can monitor Bruce's temperature. He's a little freaked out and tries not to touch people.

Walter calls Jaax about Bruce and she heads out to Hazelton letting Jahrling know on the way out. Walter is trying to gather his workers to keep them contained. Bruce is being transported when Trevor shows up at the facility. He's CDC and wants to take over and there is some tension between him and Wade as they argue who has jurisdiction.

Trevor transports Bruce without precautions and he's a pure dick. Bruce is being taken to a local hospital. Jaax continues to argue.

Back to Zaire in 1976, Wade talks to the sister outside telling her about Sister Monica. She tells him who she thought was responsible for bringing the virus to them.

Trevor checks the garbage and finds a bunch of needles in there and realizes the reused the same needles over and over.

Trevor and Wade take sample while the sister heads towards the soldiers and is killed. It's what she wanted.

Jaax talks to Jerry about Trevor showing up. She thinks the Army is wasting too much time with red tape while the virus could be spreading.

Trevor is giving a blood sample at the hospital.

Ben and Jahrling are talking about Bruce when he gets a call that his girlfriend is coming up. She's pissed he hasn't called or visited. He tells her a little about what's going on bu not much.

Ben and Jahrling are testing the sample from Bruce.

Jaax makes a presentation about the virus to some very important people. Trevor challenges Jaax and is being ridiculous even though he saw it for himself.

Wade and Trevor go at it before Jaax stops it.

Jahrling informs the group that no viruses were detected from Bruce's blood sample which convinces them all that nothing is wrong. Wade interrupts and says the virus is probably airborne and Jaax explains the consequences.

Then another General learns that Hazelton is contacting their lawyers which stalls the operation.

Back in Zaire Wade is reading reports about the people at the clinic. Wade wants to find the woman who might be alive. Trevor doesn't want to do it.

Trevor is not liking Wade's plan. He's scared and not thinking in the best interest of the public. There is conflict when Wade walks away.

Trevor talks to Jaax about Wade and warns her about him. She's not swayed.

Jaax visits Walter in his office. She wants his help in getting the story to the news to speed up the process of helping contain the virus.

The reporter does some research on Ebola.

Ben can't find Peter at the lab. Jaax watches his kids play sports from afar when Jerry approaches and talks to her. She tells him about going to the Post.

Frank leaves the facility and turns off all the lights leaving the animals inside.
