Mickey is getting beaten up in that garage.

Before the garage, Mickey has become quite popular after the Trevor Elliot case. He has more clients than he can handle and is being featured in photoshoots and interviews right front and center.

On the way over to represent a client, Izzy warns Mickey about letting the fame get into his head. The client is on the hook for indecent exposure. Russel, the client, is distraught.

Mickey learns that the DA's office is looking to reopen the Jesus Menendez case. Detective Griggs is the lead on it.

Mickey and Maggie go out for dinner. They talk about his new fame, Hayley, and the effects of Maggie's case on her career. Things don't end well. The restaurant's chef gives Mickey free food.

Mickey meets the chef, sparks fly between them, and they hook up.

The following morning, Mickey and Lisa get acquainted. He learns that something is troubling her.  A building developer is causing noise pollution and driving property prices, and her attempts to get help aren't working. He promises to find her a cheap lawyer.

Lisa feeds some neighborhood residents protesting the noisy construction site.

Later, Lisa visits Mickey's office and shows him the restraining order filed against her by the developer. Mickey says he will represent her.

Lorna clocks Mickey's behavior when talking to Lisa.

Mickey and Jesus visit Detective Griggs, and he interviews Jésus. He asks Jésus about a knife, but Jésus' answer is proven false when he pulls evidence from a witness statement.

He is livid that Jésus didn't tell him about the knife.

Mickey has dinner with Hayley, and she advises him about worrying about the immediate problem.

Mickey gets Russel off after Mickey convinces the DA that Russel was roofied.

Cisco visits a biker gang bar with a friend.

Mickey returns home to find Russel waiting for him.

Russel has paid a retainer to his office because he had a secret he wanted to tell his lawyer. Russel killed Martha, Jesus went down for it, and he will be again.

Russel threatens Mickey's career and family if he ever tells anyone about it.
