In a drunken and drugged out stooper, Robert closed the Binghamton branch, which caused Scranton and Syracuse to fight for clients.  Harry comes down from Syracuse to fight with Jim and Dwight about said clients.  They both end up losing out to Andy, who garnered the biggest client for his new company, Big Red Paper Company.

Meanwhile, Robert also left a disturbing message for Nellie during his binge.  She responded in disgust, so Robert sent Pam to find out what he said to her in the message.  Pam stole Nellie's phone, and they found out she has a bunch of issues.
