Belly nods off while she's in class and daydreams about Susannah being alive and her kissing Conrad. She wakes up in class when she dops her book and a classmate gives it to her.

We flash back to the day Conrad and her kissed. She tells him about how Jeremiah told her that he had feelings for her and she kissed Jeremiah a few times.

Belly tells Conrad that she'll talk tko Jeremiah first about how things are going with her and Conrad. They sneak into the house together and Susannah catches them.

She seems amused by them and asks Conrad about things between him and Belly.

We head back to the present timeline where Steven is excited about it being the last day and hiim going to Princeton.

Everyone can tell that Belly still isn't in the right headspace, her grades have been diving and she got her volleyball position revoked. Now she has to focus on less competitve schools.

In the past, Jeremiah is excited to tell Belly about the research he's done on Susannah's trial and he's hopeful. He also wants to tell Conrad about them. Belly breaks the news about her and Conrad kissing.

It doesn't go over well and Jer doesn't want to be friends with her anymore. In the present, they prepare for Steven's graduation and he gets a package from Susannah that she must've sent ahead of time.

In the flashbacks, Belly confides in Conrad about Jeremiah and how bad she feels. She says they should put a pause on things because she wantst the brothers to be there for each other and Susannah and she knows them being together would make things too hard.

HE gives her the necklace back and remind sher that they'll always be infinite. She still wears it in the present.

The kids and their parents have lunch to celebrate Steven's graduation and his speech that went viral and Lauren and her ex get into it because she refuses to go on tours for the book she wrote about Susannah. John promises to be her cheerleader now that Susannah is gone.

Conrad reaches out to her in September weeks since they last talked so they can catch up with each other.

Steven feels awkward about the whole situation with Conrad and Belly.

Conrad told Belly about the affair his father had and keeping that secret too. She tells him about getting another shot at volleyball and a scout coming to see her from his school.

Belly talks with Cory at the party. He speaks to her in French since it's the book that she's reading.

Taylor is head over heels for some band singer named Milo. At the party, Belly hangs out with Cory, and when she thinks he's making a move on her, she goes to kiss him which makes things awkkward when he's not. He wants her to put in a good word with her friend.

Belly and Steven fight at the party and she wants to leave. She breaks down because she's tired of being sad all the time and feels like she ruined everything.

Belly drives home and sobs in the car. At Halloween, Conrad shows up at Belly's door because he wanted to see her. She's still worried about Jeremiah and Conrad reassures her that things are going well with Jer. He tells her that he can't get over her and he's happy every time he talks to her. And he wants to kiss her. SO they kiss.

Present day Belly thinks about that as she sits outside her house and then she comes in to Laurel drinking and asking to talk with her.

The guidance counselor updates Laurel about Belly's grades and such.

They argue about Susannah, Laurel not being there for her all year because she checked out, and Belly not taking responsiblity for her actions.

Laurel reads the card that Susannah sent Steven for his graduation and gets emotional.

Belly tries to go to sleep but thinks about losing Susannah, Jeremiah, and Conrad. She reaches out and calls Jeremiah and he answers. He asks her if she heard from Conrad or if he's with her because conrad has disappeared and isn't answering anyone.

He says he's going to drive there to see what's going on and look for him and Belly says she's coming with him.
