Conrad tells them that Susannah's half-sister is selling the house.

Jere and Conrad argue with each other and Conrad avoids looking at Belly. He begrudgingly tells her about finding out about the house being up for sell.

Jeremiah thanks her for coming with him.

Belly thinks about Susannah and goes for a swim. Conrad is hanging out the pool when she surfaces from the water.

Conrad wants to access his trust to buy the house, but he's having a hard time.

Flashes back to Belly and Conrad talking about going to her prom together. He tells her that Susannah's current meds stopped working and they're putting her on new ones.

After Laurel leaves for her writer thing, Steven tells Taylor that he's heading to Cousins. Taylor announces that she'll join him.

In the flashback Conrad forgot the corsage for her junior prom and is very distracted the whole time. He tells her that he'll head back to school later that night instead of spending the full prom with her.

He takes her outside to talk when she wonderes if she did something. He tells her that he keeps disappointing her and they break up. She gives him the necklace back and Steven sees the tale end and comforts her.

In the present, Belly and Jeremiah plan to talk to Susannah's sister, Julia, in hopes of getting her to change her mind.

The interaction between Jeremiah and Julia doesn't go well.

Belly tells Jeremiah about how she lost her volleyball captaincy and confides in him about things that she was going through.

Steven and Taylor chat in the car about last summer and her boyfriend wants her to be back to help him out. Taylor goes back and forth with Milo who doesn't understand why Belly needs her.

Taylor and Steven have a spat when she reminds him how mean he was to Belly. They talk about processing grief and how everyone does it differently.

Their father tells them that they're not going to access their trust.

Belly flashes back to Susannah's funeral.

Conrad played the song he always played for his mother there. He gets choked up but carries on.  Belly said she made a promise that she wouldn't leave Conrad's side the rest of the day after seeing how emotional he got.

Belly goes to the Rec room to give Conrad food and sees him with his ex Aubrey. He chases her downstairs and they have a huge blowout in front of all the guests. He tells her that being with her was a huge mistake, humiliating her in front of everyone.

Belly falls trying to get away, and the too-short dress that Laurel told her not to wear rises up and further embarrasses her and Laurel.

Alan is stern about them not using their trust. Just as they got the bad news and hang up, Steven and Taylor show up. They tell them the news.

Conrad and Jeremiah bond with each other and talk about fighting their aunt together to save the house.

While they're hanging out, Conrad gets a text message that prompts an anxiety attack. He leaves to get some privacy and Steven follows him to check on him.
