The Young and the Restless Recap: Interlude

At the Crimson Lights Paul is surprised to hear Victoria is still living with J.T. and reminds him that she comes from money. He also wonders how J.T. will react if it turns out she's having Brad's baby. J.T. insists he'll love it as his own. He then mentions the idea of going undercover at the Clear Springs project at Cane's request so Paul comes up with a plan. After Jill tells a reporter that she would be dead if it weren't for her, Amber asks Jill to speak on her behalf to Cane.

When Jill mentions her heroics to him, Cane guesses Amber will figure out some way to exploit this. Getting ready for the "divorce party," Adrian suggests to Colleen that they go home and have fun there but she insists on staying. Devon arrives at the Indigo with his date Roxanne, boasting that she's not only good looking but she's also smart.

After Neil (Kristoff St. John) and Victoria discuss going ahead with their special environmental project that involves Devon, Neil invites Karen to Lily's party. As they arrive, so do Paul, Maggie and Heather. Daniel and Amber complain about everyone being at the party talking about them while they sit at home.

Amber finally decides to go to the Indigo and Daniel's forced to go with her.

Unable to talk to Jana much on the phone, Kevin complains to Colleen about Jana's attitude and decides to see her. At the hospital Kevin tells her that he will not leave her even if her tumor returns. When Paul spots J.T. arrive with Victoria, he reminds his associate he's supposed to be on a job.

The two end up having a loud argument until Paul fires him.

Cane (Daniel Goddard) separates them and when he tells Lily that he's got to leave and forgets to bring her a present, she asks for a kiss, her shyness reduced because she's unknowingly been drinking a spiked cranberry juice drink. As he obliges with a kiss on the lips, Daniel and Amber spot them.
