Reagan and Chris crush on their new neighbors and try to awkwardly look cool in front of them. Ava menawhile fears that Amy hates her and is jealous of her assistant Calvin's way with children.  A lete night party at the new neigbors house keeps Amy awake at night. Chris calls the poilce but he and Reagan decide to attend the party anyway.
