Niall Matter was born October 20, 1980 in Edmonton, Alberta. He worked on the Oil Rigs in Alberta for 8 years so he could afford to attend the Vancouver Film School.
You might recognize Niall from his roles in Melrose Place, Warehouse 13, Watchmen, Mistress, Fear Itself, Secrets of the Summer house, Beyond Loch Ness, and Stargate Atlantis.
Niall has also been in The Best Years, Eureka, and Dr. Dolittle: Tail to the Chief.
In 1999 he was awarded 'Best Actor' at the Alberta Provincial Drama Championships for his portrayal of Groucho Marx in A Night in the Ukraine.
