all i have to say is SARA is one of the most beautiful women on TV today. She is stunning in every way. She's a great actress and does great things for greys anatomy. When i first got into the show, i didnt really care either way. As she got more and more parts, i became drawn to her. keep of the good work girl.

Don't dare lose a pound! You're intelligent,confident,adorable and sexy. Your character has those same qualities too. I think more women in Hollywood should be as HOT. Who would she be losing weight for anyway? The directors/producers? Screw them! Tell those sexist bastards to get real. That's how women in REAL life look. She's my idea of the perfect woman. I think Callie is georgous, and is NOT fat, far from it. She is curvy, sexy, and confident. What has happed to society where being a size 12 or 14 is "fat"? Marilyn Monroe, famous sex symbol, was a known size 12! I liked her the moment I saw her character. That sultry, naughty, sexy look to her. I'm glad she's compaining for curvier women, we need more of her to represent how sexy curves really are. No surprise she shagged McSteamy. I hope they keep her around.

ok first of all, Sara Is SMOKIN' HOT. The whole "she needs to lose weight" debate makes me sick that people can be so shallow (and insecure).
She is sexy, curvaceous, confident, and strong. What more is there?
So what if her character needs to feel important to her love interest. Doesnt everyone? This makes her real and unshallow. The most powerful, attractive people in the world still need to feel loved and accepted. (unless they're sociopaths). But we have all been in those shoes- wanting someone who's more reserved about their affections.
Anyway, keep up the good work GA, and Sara.
We need more role models for our daughters.... and ourselves.

I am so happy to see a beautiful regular size woman on Greys or any show for that matter. It is about time!!! We live in a wierd world. How many average or bigger than average guys are there on television? Quite a few. Sara's character Callie is wonderful. I probably wouldn't watch if not for her.

First off, why do I keep catching the idea that Callie should be nicer? Is there some sort of unwritten law that the heavy chick needs to be a doormat? The character has a personality. She's not all sweetness and light, and that's cool.
Also, 'Callie does not need to lose any weight. Part of her allure is that she is not your usual woman.'? What's up with that? At her current size, she is the 'usual woman'. That's what's so great about her! Though I agree with the sentiment.
The character rocks, and Sara Ramirez is hotter than hot! She's the hottest woman on the show, followed by Katherine Heigl.

I can't believe anyone would say that Sara (Callie) needs to lose weight! She is so sexy, absolutely beautiful and I am in total love with her! For all of you skinny stick women out there, eat a damned sandwich and gain some weight - you will eventually be sexy too.

The only thing she needs to change is her hairstyle...otherwise she's great...not for George but she's a great character.....it's about time they put someone that full figured on a show like GA and I hope they don't write her out but make her character a bigger part of the show

Seriously, Callie does not need to lose any weight. Part of her allure is that she is not your usual woman. I think that there should be 1 strong person in the relationship and George is not gotten to that place in his life where he feels like he is the strong one. But he will only grow with a woman who is so strong and opinionated, like Callie. I do believe that it is possible that Callie has a mentallity that she has to be almost bitchy to be a successful physician so that is why she comes off like that. She needs George to develop her softer side. It is quite possible that she has never been with a man like George.
I think that they are the ying to each others yang. I have the same type of relationship with my husband and have learned and grown from our relationship as well!
Can't wait for the show tonight!

I think Calli and George are cute together... but they definately have some relationship issues, with the whole "i love you" thing, and whatnot, but they are a great couple. Sara Ramirez plays Calli wonderfully, and i dont think she needs to change at all.

I would like to hear why she should lose weight? She does represent the real women out there in the world. Women shouldnt have to be portrayed as stick thin on television. Women are driven to look like the women on television when in reality those women can afford personal trainers, dietitians, and personal chefs. I am proud to see a character like Callie on television.

I must admit that at first i was a little skeptical of George having a love interest so soon after having his heart broken by Meredith, but seeing how Callie has helped George move on, i think this story line is headed in the right direction..

I'm glad that George is with Callie, and not Meridith. She used him, and played with his emotions. There are more women who look like Sara in real life than Ellen P, she's too skinny too, but's another story. Nonetheless, I'll be tuning in tomorrow evening.

I think it's great that they have a curvy woman on the show! She is just further proof that this show promotes not just toothpick-skinny girls as sexual objects but fuller-figured women, too!
At first, I wasn't sure how I felt about Callie, but now she's grown on me. I really like the fact that she adores George...that makes her so cool in my book!
I really enjoy her character now~

I personally don't like Callie's character. I think she is rude, but she is making it better.....I like how she helped out Meredith with the dog. It made her look like the bigger person, and I think THAT is how she should be all the time!

I have mixed feelings about Callie. I like the fact that George has someone who is as into to him as he was into Meredith, I think his character needed that, but I don't know if I see their relationship lasting. They haven't been together that long on the show but she seems very needy and has an all or nothing kind of approach and I think she needs to relax if she wants to make it work with George.
