Despite mutual respect, the Insider's staff members don't always see eye to eye when it comes to Grey matter.

n this case, we've taken the sides of Dr. Derek Shepherd and Dr. Finn Dandridge -- the handsome men vying for the undying affections of the lovely Ms. Meredith Grey -- and outlined their respective cases as they begin this interesting experiment known as dating.
