New Episodes to Return January 4
The rumors you're hearing about Grey's Anatomy being on hiatus until next month are (sadly) true. The next new episode, entitled "Six Days," will be aired Thursday, January 4. Following that, another new episode, "Always Something There to Remind Me," has been announced for the following week, so we should be back on our regular schedule then.
Tomorrow night, ABC will be airing "Sometimes a Fantasy" from earlier this fall. Better than nothing! Also, we'll be taking this next month to revamp our gallery, music and guest stars sections, as well as keeping you apprized of all the latest news from the Grey's Anatomy world. So visit the Insider often and talk with fellow fans in our official forums!

Patrick is the only Dr. Derek McDreamy Shepard for me. It's his roll no matter who turned it down. A Meredith quote from season2 "No matter how hard you try FATE WINS ANYWAY." This was Patrick's fate.

I havn't seen Rob Lowe act in a long time so I don't know how good he would be as McDreamy. But personaly I am glad Patrick got the roll. Ellen and him have the best chemistry. I have seen people who looks good together but I haven't seen anyone who looks as great as they do together.

oh and I forgot Rob Lowe said that passing on the role of McDreamy was the first time in all of his career that he picked wrong. Definitely a biggie.
didn't know he was up for that part....I think patrick and ellen look better together.

Just got the new US magazine and in the Loose Talk secton Ellen Pompeo is list as saying "I'm the first one who would love to gain weight.....I think a little more on the boobs would be fun."
and Sara Ramirez says, "It's just a matter of time before we've slept with each other."
There is also a pic of Derek for us Mcdreamy fans. haven't read it all yet.
