I agree if Tiffani Thiessen comes in it would be so helpful not only to Derek and maybe Mark but Meredith. It would be nice for her to help her deal thru this. I love TAT, I think she'd be great

Hey Debs, its nice to hear from you, i am working on my 15,000 words dissertation (very stressful). Anyway, i think meredith already knows she loves der very much, what she doesnt know is how to let him in and make it right. Yes to some extend a third party is likely to scare her, however, it might end up scaring and even damaging her in a bad way. No one would find it remotedly funny to share the love of his life with his sister.

Hey Hafsa long time know hear. I agree with you they don´t need someone else coming between them but maybe they some help & suport. I think it could either be the cheif´s wife or cristina. I know Burke left her but i think she could help them. What do you think.

Hey Hafasa long time no hear. I completely agree with you. Bringing in a third paty for either of them would complecate the problem. Although maybe somthing needs scare Mer to realiseing how much she loves & nedds him. Because we both know their not just the love of each others lives. Their each others true love & i believe you can have more then one love of your life but you only get one true love & their each others true love. maybe they need some help & i think could be the chiefs wife or cristina i know burke left her but maybe she help them. What do you think.

The only reason that I'm writing on this blog is with the slight hope that the writer or someone who influences the writer will actually read it.
With that said, I am so angry that I wasted my time watching this show this season. I kept hoping that it would redeem itself and go back to the humor, realism, real characters, and medicine that it had during the first two seasons - but that certainly never happened.
I started watching this show because I really liked the characters. I felt that I could relate to certain pieces of all of them and enjoyed watching them change. Now, I have to say that I'm disgusted with each and every one of them (with the exception of Addison who is leaving the show, for good reason). Instead of maturing and changing and growing, the characters have degraded themselves to the maturity of a big group of 13 year olds. They are pathetic, stupid, melodramatic, and childish. I literally feel like I'm watching a soap opera. I didn't start watching th

I think Mer/Der will be back together in season 4. It may take a while, but come on ....she is the love of his life and he is the love of her life! It will take a few epsiodes of Meredith realizing its ok to finallly let Derek in and lettting him be there for her. And who knows...Lexie may help push this along, not that I want her to, I hope she doesn't have that big of a part in the relationship wtih Mer/Der.

I am in total agreement with everyone else here! My husband came in after the season finale and I told him it sucked. He was shocked. Last year, I was bawling over Denny and Izzy and I couldn't wait for this season - seriously spent weeks just itching for the next episode.
I won't even think about Greys this summer. I don't give a hoot what happens after this episode - Callie wanting a baby? TOTALLY out of character for her. MerDer on the verge of breaking up again? Ridiculous. And Shonda, you have turned Izzy into a bluthering idiot with this George situation. I hate it.
I loved this show but right now I think it's headed in the wrong direction. I miss the season one and two greys. I guess it's inevitable - writers start to think they are invincible and they ruin a show. I used to be a big Shonda fan but not anymore. Word to ABC, get a new writer for Private Practice or you'll only have two good seasons.

Yes, Burke and Cristina are great - different people, different cultural backgrounds, working out their different ideas/priorities and still getting hot and heavy and supporting each other.
Meredith and Derek were fun to watch in Season 1, flirting and overcoming the attending/intern thing, then in Season 2 I do admit to wanting Derek to stay with Addison because much as I wanted to hate her I couldn't and the actors really made them seem like a couple who had a lot of history together and some deep feelings. Season 3 has been so up and down with MerDer that I'm not sure if I care anymore. The finale was stupid, Meredith has been wanting Derek to not give up on her and now, poof, she can't say yes, I want to be with you? Unbelievable.
I also find the Alex/Rebecca thing unbelievable. The writers took a convenient, done-before (Denny) way to get rid of the Addison/Alex slowly evolving 'relationship'. Even if you weren't a fan of Addisex the bond was growing all season, pointing to som

What does everyone see with Meredith & Derek? They USED to be the greatest couple, but Meredith became McWhiney while Derek went from McDreamy to McJerk! Burke & Cristina are truly the best couple!

I think i will be ok as long as der doesnt have anything to do with lexie and mer with any other man. They can sort out their problems eventually without any third party involved. Come on Shonda you can do better writting than that, so pls i am begging you dont hook der with lexie because it willcompletely estroy mer

Shonda, please save der/mer...and this crap about lexi grey...if you hook her up with derek, I'm done. Enough drama with these two...let them be the steady...they need each other. PLEASE!!!

Well I wasnt too happy with the season finale but it just makes me more anxious to see the next season. I HATE LEXI GREY,and think it a horrible idea to cast her. I will continue to be a faithful GA fan....unless they try to make me watch all those new interns. That is where I will draw the line. I was aggravated with the Addison spin off because I didnt want to see new people for one episode ,let alone every week.

Please do not break up meredith and derek. They are the entire show to all of your fans. They are the reason we watch. The rest of the characters are interesting but breaking mer/der apart will hurt your fan base a lot.We do not want to see them all single again,we want mer/der together, theyre chemistry is what makes the show so killing what they have kills your show. The show had great humor till these last few episodes. And the audience will have no interest watching lexie grey try to take derek away, that will be the final straw.I do hope you read all the other blogs in buddytv.com and please listen to your fans.If we wanted overly dramatic painful tv,we would just watch daytime soap operas. We reach out for "Grey's" because it gives us "damaged" people hope.

Why is the African American Woman such a non entity? Why doesn't she have a life or friends or issues? What happened to her babies and the father of those babies? Why does she seem so emotional or fussy? GA is realistic I guess, eh?

The season finale was a nail biting episode from the very first second to the very last second of the show. I cannot believe all of the changes that are going to be made! I don' t know that I like what is going on, but at the same time it will be interesting to see what will happen. I hope that George does not leave the show, I absolutely love Addison, however I know she is going to leave. Private Practice I don't think will be a huge hit, I know that I will watch it, just because I love her on the show... But other then that I don't think that spin-offs usually make it as great as the original. Lexie..... WOW this show is just asking for drama!!!!! Poor Merideth, yes... her relationships don't work out... but that doesn't mean that the rest of her life shouldn't!!! Why is this poor girl encountering all of these horrible things? I mean Derrick hitting on her step-sister, who she doesn't even know!!! Wait until Derrick finds out... I wonder what is going to happen with that! It will be

the season finale was amazing. sure, everything was "burned to the ground" but it makes way for a very interesting season 4. there seems to be loads of people unhappy with the depressing outcomes and claiming to never watch the show again, but since when was life so perfect? i'd rather watch a show that had characters that tried, lost and struggled like how you do in life than some picture perfect boring episode that nobody can relate to. i'm definately watching the next season, anything can happen. and lets admit it, we'll all want to know what happens next.

Grey's anatomy is getting Tiring. Another mer-der break-up after all that meredith has gone through? Izzie being unlucky in love again? Burke leaving Cristina suddenly in the altar after everything? It's seriously and i mean, SERIOUSLY, not fun to watch anymore. It's annoying and I'm not watching the 4th season. And like Meredith said in the finale, "it's over... so over". Grey's Anatomy is over... so over.

I'm not too sure what to think. I do know that was the worst season finale that I have ever watched. Mer and Der need to be together. They really make the show. Izzy and George need to come together as well. Let.s take the summer and get it together. Do a turn around and make season 4 really great.
WHAT HAPPENED?!?!?

So beyond disappointed. Angry doesn't even begin to cover it. What did Shonda do?! Season 4 is NOT looking good.
But if Burke & Cristina get it together, maybe I'll watch.

I agree with Stacy (above) and Hafsa---what the f is Shonda doing to our show????? I think the theme of this season 3 should have been "Out of Character" because every frickin' character on the show behaved in ways that seemed, uh....well ...schizophrenic. Derek professes his dying love and his pressing desire for Chief....whines about having to choose between them all season....then passes up both opportunities???? Huh? Burke, who is in the MOST mature and evolved relationship on TV, who tells us over and over again that he is STEADY, reliable, etc, etc, suddenly becomes UNSTEADY and even cruel to the person he professes to love? Don't even get me started on Meredith---the writers have been kicking her around all season. And poor George. George was always the one you could count on to be the conscience of the whole show. Even Yang told George's father that Goerge was the best doctor. Why? Because he was smart and he had a kind heart. Neither of which was in evidence throughou
