CLAIM (at one point in the LKL interview):
KING: So you weren't referring to him (TRK) as being an F person?
WASHINGTON: Never. Never.
KING: Or anybody else being one?
WASHINGTON: Never, Larry. Never, never, never, never,
KING: You said you can't treat me like a --
WASHINGTON: No.
LIE EXPOSED (at another point in the LKL interview):
WASHINGTON: I said, "I don't -- I don't want to bring anymore attention to this than I already have. I don't want to throw anybody under the bus, but I've got to clear my name. I -- this is misinterpreted. I did not say" -- I said yes, you're not going to "B" me, "P" me, "F" me, because I'm not T.R.

Preston Burke was the most interesting character on Grey's (and the sexiest!). And George is not only the least interesting on the show but is terribly miscast--there is no chemistry between him and his various love interests. the show will suffer the loss of Dr. Burke, regardless of what anyone thinks about Isaiah Washington personally.
It looks to me like T.R. Knight has exacerbated the situation when he wasn't the subject of the insult. Now the show is broken.

It seems that as most of us I assume are Americans? In America a man isn't suppose to be guilty until proven so, that's how politics work. Hollywood is political, Each party gets to prove their sides. Everyone including fans started throwing knives at IW before they heard both sides. If you remember PD admitted himself he did not have a good reputation at one point either for his quick temper in Hollywood as well, and got banned for years. Now I love PD so much, but I also see IW point...why shouldn't he want to tell his side of the story? It looks like people still want to deny the truth. He already admitted he was wrong but to tell his side of the what happened that day is the way any of us would want to do. Theres nothing worse than being called a liar when you know you are telling the truth. None of us were there, I don't know how you can be so cruel. From the beginning if you actually read any of it before you started saying he's a liar, it was reported that TR came in a

Is anybody paying attention? It looks like everyone against Isaiah has their agenda earplugs in.
1: This story came out when it shouldn't have been news. Who cares if a private conversation, or working arguement offended somebody else? Take it to your boss, not the press!
2: Isaiah's recorded use of faggot (isn't that a bundle of twigs?) was clearly a reply if you listen to the intonation. Plus, if you can't use the word you're talking about in its own discussion it's kind of childish.
3: Later the studio put a gag order on it's employees leaving the press and factions to fester. At the same time the cast puts together what really happened, like T.R. never actually hearing the conversation.
4: Isaiah isn't under contract any more and is the only one free to tell any story.
5: He isn't slamming Dempsey, he's saying everyone fell for T.R.'s act. Like nobody gay can be a conniving prick? Happens everywhere. Sorry.

I am watching the interview now and all I can say is T.R. is a major asshole(I don't usually like to curse but that is the only way to describe him at this moment).
Isaiah Washington seems very disapointed in himself and his castmastes for how this whole thing went down. I don't think he's lying at all and I bet you anything that it is ver free and liberating for him to finally clear his name and make sure that everyone gets the real story on what happened.
And by the way, T.R gives the gay community a bad name. He's such a drama queen and hoepfully karma will comeback to bite him in the ass.
As for Patrick, he needs to remember that he was NOTHING before Grey's Anatomy came along. He should be kissing the people who work at ABC and Shonda's asses for giving him this chance at a comeback. I will most likely still watch the show just because I love Ellen, Sandra, Chandra, Sara and Justin but screw Patrick, Kate, and especially screw T.R.

I think Isaiah is RIGHT to be talking to everyone about the injustice he's suffering from Grey's Anatomy. And Yes, I think T.R. Knight is milking his way to the top by playing the victim, and Katherine Heigl is totally supporting it. For some reason, they didn't support Isaiah being on the show and they did everything possible for get him out - he's a great actor with many more years in business than them and they conspired to kick him out. So he needs to speak out as much as possible against the crazy stuff that happens in the TV industry in favor of young, immature Hollywood-ites who have no substance or talent.

I don't think this is at all a gay thing. It is plain jealousy that is it. Like I said the TR character can be gotten rid of. Not because of him being really not that great of a part of the show but because of the crap he has started in his own show.

Does no one see this is ofcourse like a he said she said sort or thing. Like women and gossip and the story has twisted and twisted. Maybe he did say it and maybe it is possible that TR took the story and dramatized it to his likeing. Why would Washington years ago write a article about gay people and go against those values he held. Is it at all possible that TR is being a drama queen and causeing trouble on is own set and with the people he works with. Telling Patrick this and that and then turning it around on him and tellin Washington that Patrick is this and that and therefore changeing the way he may feel or think of him. Not sure about you but sometimes the little people who don't get the great part and are not happy with what they have get jealous. I think just that that this is whay may have all happend.
Just work it out guys and if not well any character should go you can ask TR to go..

This is getting dull.
I wish Isaiah and T.R. and who ever else is in this should just take this aside and stop this because I'm afraid at some point this is going to effect the show just because our actors couldn't talk things out or be a bit more mature about situations like this. -_-

This is for Delisa, who responed to my comment on the 27th. You are an IDIOT. I do believe that the last white man that used the term "nappy headed hoes" did loose his job (may I mention that term was also used to describe several white women on that team, it should have been looked at degrading to all women not just to black women), and there was a big in your words "hoop dee doo". I can't believe that now Isiaih is trying to use the race card as the reason he was fired. It would matter if he was white with freakin purple poka-dots what he said was wrong. And I guaruntee you that if Patrick or T.R. has referred to him as a stupid nigger (since you obviously take and offense to me abbrivating it) or a nappy headed hoe that there would be no long drawn out, film a PSA and it wil all go way solution to the problem, he would have been fired on the spot. I didn't really mean to say that I believe everything TR says or that he didn't make a big deal about it. Obviously, he did, when it happened and sometime after it happened. But now that's he's fired, he's changed his story from this rehab and psa stuff is for the betterment of me, to i did this for my job. idk. This stuff is crazy and whatever.....I don't really feel the want anymore to discuss their problems....which is actually very contradictory to my whole defense of what i said earlier.........whatever

ok. I hate reading "so and so should be fired". None of us have any idea what goes on in reality on the set... but if one more person is fired... I will stop watching the show.
His story sounds so far fetched though... I feel he has done a discredit to himself by mentioning so many peoples names... claiming TR wanted the two male leads fired... doubt that sorry!! There wld be no show to watch...
I dunno... he seems a bit insane.

PD said that he wished IW well and that everyone who was coming back to the set deserved to be back, something like that anyway, and no, TR did not tell everyone with a mic or a pen, he told people magazine and said it on the ellen show, that was it, and how d'you know its not true? just because IW said so? no one will ever know what happened onset that day,so theres no point in passing judgements, but what IW is saying about TR now, that hes forcing the writers and producers hands to up his storylines(which isnt true btw, cause shonda said herself that the george/izzie storyline was potential from the start of the show, i mean seriously, he doesnt have that sort of power, lol) and that they fired the wrong guy is well, wrong, and TR is doing the right thing by staying quiet, IW needs to be a professional in this and i hope he can move on

Isn't it strange that ABC did all this in the beginning of the summer break probably to make sure that fans would have almost 4 months to forget about it. It is like tax and products increases and governmental negative decisions these always happen during the summer months when people are gone enjoying a break and are miles away from their daily problems.
