Here is an article I came across about Patrick getting to the race this week-end. No wonder he looked so tired in those photos at the airport.. he was there from 1:00 am til 4:30 am.

Last year Patrick and Ellen didn't get nominated for an Emmy either and naturally we were all hoping they would get the nomination this year! But they did get nominated for Golden GLobes and Sag last year. I feel sure they will be noiminated for these again this year and hopefully they will win! I feel good about their win as Best Drama @ all the award shows this year. Lets keep our fingers crossed! And Patrick won the Peoples Choice last year too! I hope he gets it again thisyear! I wish they had a category for best tv couple and Patrick and Ellen won that! THat would be so nice for them!

I think Ellen Pompeo is a wonderful actress. She should be recognised for that. I am sad she didn't get nominated. She deserved it.
Happy for Grey's though and all the nominations.
I hope the writers do something to make Ellen get what she deserves. more screen time better screen lines. Shes good at what she does. She deserves recognition.

what a trooper - Dempsey is having a "bad car day" - forgetabout bad hair day. The teammates at Hypersport went the distance this morning despite a flat tire, no breaks, a vibration, and running out gas on the last lap. ARRRRRRRRG.
We should send good karma to the Hypersport Team Mustangs for the next race. These guys are good drivers.

I've seen Moonlight Mile and Old School with Ellen Pompeo and in neither film did her performance struck me as extraordinary! I think she is ok as Meredith but - obviously - other drama actors are better or at least the guys who decide who get's an Emmy nomination seem to think so.

Actually, I think I was wrong, Patrick races tomorrow. (Sunday) There was a race today (Saturday) and I didn't notice his name as a driver, so I think it will be on Sunday. @ 3:00 est on the speed channel.

Its amazing how Ellen Pompeo is soo liked and disliked at the same time. I think those who got tired of all the sadness of Merediths character think its all Ellen while Ellen is simply being amazing in giving us who Meredith really is. Those who saw Ellen in Moonlight Mile and know she's only doing her job soooo well in conveying to us Meredith Grey seem to love her and appreciate all her wonderful hard work.
But personally I think she's one of the most liked characters on Greys Anatomy. Her name on the internet and magazines and the number of fansites seems to prove it.

Check out Patrick yesterday leaving the LAX airport. He looks cute and tired and as always ....... McDreamy! And again, he is so polite to stop and sign autographs.....what a guy !!!!!!!

I was reading some comments on some other web site this morning and i have to say i was taken aback about what some people wrote on ellen. I honestly think Ellen tries her best to act the way meredith is suppse to be. I think she deserves more credit for that. I just dont get what this woman has done to so many people to deserve such negativity, why all the hatred? it makes you wonder. Katie, sandra and chandra are very good actresses and they deserve what they get but so does ellen pompeo. I think its more tough when it comes to the best actresses category and those actresses nominated are exceptionally good and more experienced than ellen. I also think its partly shonda's fault, i mean its difficult to act when there is notting to act for but to look sad and missirable all year round. I am very disappointed on so many different levels
