On Monday, September 24, ABC unveils new episodes of its fall shows. Here's a minute-long promo for the fall season, which includes some clips from Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice, as well as other ABC hits.

The long-awaited premiere of Season Four of Grey's Anatomy is officially slated for Thursday, September 27 at 9 p.m. We can't wait.

Steve Marsi is the Managing Editor of TV Fanatic. Follow him on Google+ or email him here.

I worked 2 days on this shoot (July 11-12) and we had to wait so long to get that darn dog to finish up, LOL. I was Patrick Dempsey's stand-in for the "Grey's" shoot then Josh Holloway's for "Lost" (for those of you who don't know, stand-ins are people of similar body type, hair, height and complexion that do all the camera blocking & lighting to practice w/the director & crew, then when the stars arrive in full hair, wardrobe & make-up we show them what to do.Mickey Rooney's son choreographed the "Housewives" number (much of it cut) and I talked to him a lot. I wish I had a copy of the one we filmed first. This was actually more fun than some on-camera work I've done, and the only way I'll probably be able to be on a hit TV show, LOL! They shot the dog and "General Hospital" that day too. It was strange having the stars sit around watching us do the shoot first. I remember those fans blowing on us for "Lost" and the concern over whether Knight and Chambers would miss the gurney when they hopped on backwards. Pompeo and Holloway introduced themselves to me and Heigl was stunning in her outfit. Dempsey was more quiet and reserved, though he somehow figured out I was his stand-in before he was ever told. I clocked out late the second day but stayed to watch all the "Desperate Houswives" do the final one. They all looked great and here's an inside scoop: Huffman and Delaney arrived late (I left when Huffman showed up not yet in makeup & wardrobe) so they are at either end, digitally superimposed with the others, as are the 3 secondary cast members on the right side on "Grey's", though they WERE there at the same time. Mickey Rooney's son choreographed the "Housewives" number (much of it cut) and I talked to him a lot. I wish I had a copy of the one we filmed first. This was actually more fun than some on-camera work I've done, and the only way I'll probably be able to be on a hit TV show, LOL!

Too many scenes from Desperate Housewives! *disappointed* BUT MER/DER KISS =D CAN ANYBODY SPELL HURRAY? They're not breaking up... I hope.

I totally disagree that any actors can have good chemistry together because they are put together to act. I seriously think the reason why PD and EP pull it off so well is because they truly have something special between them that clicked when they first started acting together. That 3 seconds kiss alone has already rekindled something in every obsessed fan( its unbelievable). I've even heard them both make comments about each other when they were workng on season one...... there was something about her eyes or she made me feel so comfortable, or she felt so comfortable with him and EP said the love scenes were not at all awkward like with other people, (which I can understand why, ha....)etc. Even Shonda said when she had these two read together...she knew there was a connection....They both have said how much they enjoy each other and are good friends on and off screen. I even read when the photographer from the NY & CO ads said they got along so well during the photoshoot, laughing and talking, etc. you would have thought they were a real couple! So everyone sees the attraction between these two even off screen. THese two felt the connection right from the beginning and you can definately see it between them on screen! Sure there are other couples that act well together, but NOT everybody has that special something like PD and EP have. What is even more puzzling is notting can ever happen between those two, not in a million years. Its sick and pathetic of me, i know but one just cant help but notice and wonder an attraction so very strong, that everyone can see.

Upy SERIOUSLY thank you SO much. YOU ROCK.

It was a very hot MerDer kiss from season 4. I kept watching it over and over and over again. 30 more days we can make it.

Grey's Anatomy Quotes

Did you say it? 'I love you. I don't ever want to live without you. You changed my life.' Did you say it? Make a plan. Set a goal. Work toward it, but every now and then, look around; Drink it in 'cause this is it. It might all be gone tomorrow."

Meredith (closing voiceover)

Lexie: [narrating] Grief may be a thing we all have in common, but it looks different on everyone.
Mark: It isn't just death we have to grieve. It's life. It's loss. It's change.
Alex: And when we wonder why it has to suck so much sometimes, has to hurt so bad. The thing we gotta try to remember is that it can turn on a dime.
Izzie: That's how you stay alive. When it hurts so much you can't breathe, that's how you survive.
Derek: By remembering that one day, somehow, impossibly, you won't feel this way. It won't hurt this much.
Bailey: Grief comes in its own time for everyone, in its own way.
Owen: So the best we can do, the best anyone can do, is try for honesty.
Meredith: The really crappy thing, the very worst part of grief is that you can't control it.
Arizona: The best we can do is try to let ourselves feel it when it comes.
Callie: And let it go when we can.
Meredith: The very worst part is that the minute you think you're past it, it starts all over again.
Cristina: And always, every time, it takes your breath away.
Meredith: There are five stages of grief. They look different on all of us, but there are always five.
Alex: Denial.
Derek: Anger.
Bailey: Bargaining.
Lexie: Depression.
Richard: Acceptance.
