Spoiler Alert: A Shocking Declaration
Kristin Veitch of E! Online said in a recent report that she uncovered a piece of information about the fourth season premiere of Grey's Anatomy, something (a shocking line) that resonated with her ... and now she's shared it.

Its pretty obveious that its George and Izzie, mind you I hope not the idea of Gizzie makes me wanna throw up, but shonda made many of a stupid mistake the line was "I love you too" so you have to think whos said "I love you and Who hasent said it back" It cant be Ava/Alex cos no one siad i love you there
it could easily be mark/addison cos we all know mark loves addison and shes not stupid but i think gizzies the faverout
mind you lots of spoilers arent true....

She is saying it bothered her because she (Kristin) is the recently married woman, not that the person who said it is recently married, although in my opinion they probably are since it bothered her so much.
