Really I could be anyone. It did say a woman though, so we have Callie, probably not, although she could say it to George, but who hasn't heard that already. It could be the chief's wife, maybe they renewed their vows. We can't forget the least obvious.

I completely agree with Jessie. It will be George to Izzie "...but I'm with Callie now." That leaves things open for future plot twists, as we all know Shonda is good for =D
