Here's a second two-minute sneak peak from "A Change is Gonna Come," the long-awaited, much anticipated Season Four premiere of Grey's Anatomy. We won't write about anything if you want to keep it a secret. Here's the clip!

Can someone tell me what is on the bonus disc of the Best Buy version of Season 3? Is it worth buying their set instead of the one everyone has? Especially considering they want almost $15 more for theirs!!!!!!

Here's a bonus vid from Grey's , season 3:
2 deleted MerDer love scenes !!!

^^^sorry! wrong name! thank you Lorelai for the clip!

wow! thanks aha for the link! that clip is great! they added a lot more.

McWhat, I agree with you! Really a bad timing with the dying patients around and all... @ronz: he reminds me of the guy with the metal pole through his stomach (in the episode with the train accident) but I am not sure that it's really him!

ronz..I don't think so..if your refering the the dude who had diabeties..he does look simliar but it's not him.. stupid stupid lexie!! ARGH!! loved when mer told her 'great MOVE!!' haha.. here's a 3rd sneak peek,

Hey, does anyone recognise that black paramedic who got out of the first ambulance - wasn't he a patient in a previous episode of Grey's? I think he got his foot amputated....

Lexie is telling Meredith at the worst possible time.

I love George! He doesnt seem too disgruntled. Meridith is the best person for him to be with. Izzie wouldnt leave him alone and Alex and Christina would be too condisending!

you could see the moment where derek realizes about lexie at
so go see it now and theres much more

Grey's Anatomy Quotes

Nobody's memory is perfect or complete. We jumble things up. We lose track of time. We are in one place... then another and it all feels like one long, inescapable moment. So, what does it mean? What do we take away? Which pieces will haunt us? Hurt us? End us? Inspire us? It's just like my mother used to say, the carousel never stops turning. You can't get off.

We're all going to die. We don't get much say over how or when, but we do get to decide how we're gonna live. So, do it. Decide. Is this the life you want to live? Is this the person you want to love? Is this the best you can be? Can you be stronger? Kinder? More Compassionate? Decide. Breathe in. Breathe out and decide.
