    Chandra is the only one smiling. Sara's looks more like a smirk. Everyone else looks mad. Lexie just looks out of place. I think Meredith needs to be next to Derek. Now that I'm done complaining. Everyones hair looks great. Also there is going to be a halloween episode this season how cool is that. I'm hoping for another Christmas episode where Derek gives Meredith a really great gift.

    They should bave balanced it out more. All the navy blue is to close together. I would have preferred Meredith in Izzie's spot. Then Richard in Meredith's spot and put Izzie where Richard is now.
    lexie is still going to take alot of getting use to.

    I don't like this picture... everybody's on different levels and I hate that! Why is Izzie on the bottom and Alex ... Alex is sitting like a king, for goodness' sake! O_O
    
    I think they're hoping Chyler Leigh will be a substitute for Addison, actually...

    At least Chandry and Sara are smiling (or something that comes close to smiling). Everyone else looks.... I don't know...strange. TR looks almost angry.
    
    And they all look lost or lonely, no, I can't say that I like this picture. Let's hope there will be better ones.
    
    And of course: Chyler Leigh is no substitue for Isaiah Washington!!!!!!!!!!!!!
