"The Heart of the Matter" Previews & Promos

at . Comments

Below is a funny sneak preview of "The Heart of the Matter," the fourth episode of Season Four of Grey's Anatomy. Callie and Izzie are getting ready to throw down... and the meek George is caught in the middle. High noon at Seattle Grace!

Follow the jump for another sneak peak - an intense clip in which a head trauma patient's father becomes abusive and Derek tells Cristina she has to avoid that exact behavior herself and do better at the teaching facet of being a resident ...

Looks like a good one. Check out our episode main page for "The Heart of the Matter" for links to more previews and photos from Thursday's episode (our episode guide and quotes will also appear there after the show airs). You can also discuss it (and everything Grey's Anatomy) in our forum, as always!

Callie is in charge of the place now. Why on earth she would fight with Izzie in the hospital? There is just no way. The question is, why Izzie think Callie is going ot fight with her? Don't know.
Anyway, I want Callie to win regardless. Callie has not done anything wrong. She loved George and has been nice to him all these time. It's Izzie who's driving George crazy. It's Greoge who makes rash decisions or changes his mind.
I think they should end the marriage. Callie should be with someone who has potential, not a loser like George who can't even graduate. As for Lexi, I like her. She's pretty, but I don't want her to take the spotlight from Meredith. I hope Lex would leave the show soon, or that they will not extend her contract. She has to go. Also, bring some new guys for the girls. Callie needs a new man in her life. Christina should get one also. As for Izzie, maybe she will have one also (not George though). Maybe they will bring someone for Meredity which would make the show interesting as I would love to see McDreamy and Meredith get together.

Ok, SERIOUSLY This is Grey's - not WWF Raw. Even in the clip you can see that Callie's looking at Izzie like she's whacked. It is pretty funny, but Callie is not going to get all street in the cafeteria of the hospital... My money would be on Callie if she did though.

i don't know why so many people are against Izzie, but i think that they are both equal in overall strength in many different ways. Physical is just a small part of strength. And, if they were to fight, i wouldn't want either of them to win/loose, rather reach a mutual consensus and sort out this issue once and for all..it's all up to geroge i say!

Callie never had any intention of fighting Izzie. She probably just wants to expose her. And if they were going to fight, Callie would win. Izzie's whole trailer park persona is not convincing. She may have used it to intimidate Christina once, but she wouldn't stand a chance against Callie. And if they did fight (which they will not), I would want Callie to beat Izzie up because I am tired of her self-righteous and selfish hypocrisy. She wants George when he put someone else before her, but she paid him no mind before and couldn't even believe that Callie would seriously be interested in him.

I'm sure that Callie don't wanna fight. She surely just want to talk...I hope not cause I would like to seem them fight!!

naaaaaaaaaaaah. callie and izzie wont fight, its just a wind-up. still, it would be fun to watch if they do.

I want to see Adele and the Chief post losing their baby. Callie and Izzie: who cares? It's not like they are really gonna fight in the workplace.

Grey's Anatomy Quotes

Amelia: I think I'm falling in love with Owen Hunt, and I'm really afraid that it's gonna destroy me.
Derek: It wouldn't be love if it didn't.

When we say things like "people don't change" it drives scientist crazy because change is literally the only constant in all of science. Energy. Matter. It's always changing, morphing, merging, growing, dying. It's the way people try not to change that's unnatural. The way we cling to what things were instead of letting things be what they are. The way we cling to old memories instead of forming new ones. The way we insist on believing despite every scientific indication that anything in this lifetime is permanent. Change is constant. How we experience change that's up to us. It can feel like death or it can feel like a second chance at life. If we open our fingers, loosen our grips, go with it, it can feel like pure adrenaline. Like at any moment we can have another chance at life. Like at any moment, we can be born all over again.
