We're not sure what she's carrying (a lighting fixture is our guess), but Katherine Heigl looked terrific as she went shopping Monday in West Hollywood.

Perhaps not as gorgeous as she looked during the Academy Awards (Katie was on more than one Best Dressed list), but the Grey's Anatomy star can do casual, too.
