Her old BFF, Georgina Sparks (Michelle Trachtenberg), will be making her first appearance in "Desperately Seeking Serena," and may possess a secret that threatens to take our girl down.

My guess about Serena's secret is that she has a sex tape I think that's what she's trying to hide.
